These fluffy and moist Vegan Banana Oatmeal Pancakes are so easy to prepare and they are delicious.
Ingredients
2 cup
Rolled oats, dry
1 cup
Almond milk, unsweetened
3 medium
Banana (s)
(ripe)
2 tsp
Vanilla extract, imitation, no alcohol
2 tsp
Baking powder
1/4 tsp
Salt
1/2 cup
Coconut milk, reduced fat
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a blender, roll oats, almond milk, banana, vanilla, baking powder, salt. Process until completely smooth.
Add batter to non-stick pan and cook until edges are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes, flip the pancake and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Repeat until batter is all gone.
