A quick budget-friendly one-pot family dinner full of healthy veggies, protein, and fat. And it's good for leftovers too.

Butter, unsalted

Beef, ground
1 medium
Yellow onion
(chopped)
1 large pepper(s)
Red bell pepper
((seeded and chopped))

Diced tomatoes, canned
(or fresh tomatoes)

Paprika

1 small head
Green cabbage
(cored and chopped)
2 cup, shredded
Cheddar cheese
Instructions
Saute beef, onion and sweet pepper in butter over medium/high in a large pan with high sides or a dutch oven. Cook until beef is browned and onions are translucent.
Add garlic and saute 1 more minute.
Stir in tomatoes, spices, salt and pepper. Top with cabbage. Cover and cook 15-20 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
