1/2 cup Cilantro (coriander)
1 piece, 1-inch Ginger root (peeled)
3/4 cucumber(s) Cucumber (English; (peeled)
1 medium Lemon
1 cup Avocado

Instructions


  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Store in an air-tight container such as a mason jar in the fridge for up to 3 days.
