2 cup Basil, fresh
2 cup Baby spinach
1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp Walnuts
1/2 tsp Salt
375 gm Chickpea Fusilli (or pasta of choice)

Instructions


  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile,  prepare the pesto. Place the basil and spinach in a food processor and roughly chop. Then, add the olive oil, Parmesan, walnuts, and salt, and pulse until a creamy mixture forms.
  3. Toss the pesto with your favorite pasta to serve.
