3 cup | Bean sprouts (rinsed) |
1 block (12oz) | Tofu, regular, extra firm |
1 tsp | Garlic (minced) |
1 stalk(s) | Green onion (chopped) |
2 tsp | Sesame oil |
1 tsp | Sesame seeds (toasted) |
1 tsp | Soy sauce |
Parboil bean sprouts in boiling water for 2 minutes, then rinse with cold water.
Squeeze bean sprouts between your hands to remove excess water. Cube up tofu and either lightly pan fry or add cold (straight from package) to bean sprouts. Toss with sesame oil, garlic, soy sauce and top with sesame seeds and green onion. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
