This Berry Cottage Cheese Ice Cream is high in protein and antioxidants; a double whammy of goodness!

(lightly rinsed)

Instructions
- In a blender or food processer, puree the cottage cheese with the frozen berries until very smooth.
- Serve with additional berries (fresh or frozen) and a sprig of mint, if desired, and enjoy.
