Ingredients


1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1 scoop Whey protein powder, vanilla (try Whole Foods Grass Fed Whey)
1/2 medium Banana (s)
3/4 cup Blueberries
1 cup Kale
1 cup slices Strawberries

Instructions


1. Add all ingredients into the blender and blend for 30-60 seconds unitl smooth

2. Pour into your favourite glasses, serve and enjoy!

Notes:

Blueberries

are high in antioxidants which are important for tackling free radical damage in your cells

Kale

is an excellent source of carotenes, vitamin C, B6 and it is also high in fiber which is great for digestion
