Ingredients


567 gm Ground turkey, extra lean (lean ground)
1 1/2 cup Spinach (packed fresh; (, finely chopped))
114 gm Feta cheese (crumbled)
2 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1/4 cup Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1 1/2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
4 bun Hamburger bun, plain (toasted)
1 tbsp Mayonnaise (for serving)
1 cucumber(s) Cucumber (slices for serving)
1 medium Red onion (thin red; slices for serving)

Instructions


  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, chopped spinach, feta cheese, garlic, bread crumbs, Worcestershire, black pepper, and olive oil until combined.
  2. Divide into 4 equal portions (approximately 4 inches in diameter, 1 inch thick.)
  3. Transfer to a parchment-lined plate and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour or the freezer for 20 minutes.
  4. Preheat a grill to medium-high and oil the grates really well.
  5. Grill burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until no longer pink, juices run clear, and an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached on an instant read thermometer.
  6. Serve on buns with mayonnaise, cucumber, and red onion.
