1/4 cup | Coconut Milk, Unsweetened |
1 tsp | Coconut oil |
1 tbsp | Maple syrup |
Mix until combined. For thinner pancakes add more water and for thicker pancakes add less.
Cook over medium-high heat and preheated griddle, flip once, and serve.
For waffles mix the same ingredients. May need less milk. Heat the waffle iron and add batter according to your waffle maker's size.
