Ingredients


28 gm Whey protein powder, isolate, unflavoured (vanilla (1 scoop))
1/2 cup Almond milk, chocolate, unsweetened, Blue Diamond (unsweetened; (or milk of choice))
1 tbsp E.D Smith No Sugar Added Syrup (any unsweetened maple syrup)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup Quick oats
1 tsp Chia seeds
20 gm Biscoff (2 tsp)

Instructions


  1. In a shaker bottle, combine the protein powder, almond milk, maple syrup,and cinnamon and shake until blended.
  2. Pour the oats and chia seeds into a jar, or large bowl and add the milk mixture.
  3. Stir until blended.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Melt the cookie butter in the microwave for 30-40 seconds, until a pourable consistency is achieved.
  6. Drizzle the softened cookie butter on top and sprinkle with a crumbled Biscoff cookie, if desired, and enjoy!

** if you don't have biscoff or can't find it use peanut butter
