Ingredients


900 gm Game meat, bison, ground, raw (or grass-fed ground beef)
3 cup Spinach (fresh or cooked)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
2 tsp Black pepper
2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Coconut oil

Instructions


In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except coconut oil and spinach. Mix thoroughly and form into patties.

In a skillet over medium-heat, cook patties in coconut oil, turning once, 8-12 minutes or until desired doneness.

Serve over a bed of spinach.
