Roll four mini pizza doughs into oval shapes. Place a small amount of pizza sauce, pancetta, cheese, and pineapple inside the round and fold over, pinching the edges and folding over a little.
Brush each one with a bit of egg, beaten. Bake 425°F (220oC) for about 10 - 15 minutes (until it sounds hollow when you tap it). Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
