This fudgy and decadent chocolate treat is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup

Black beans, canned
(or one 15 oz. can, drained and rinsed)

2 tbsp
|
Cocoa powder, unsweetened
|
1/2 cup
|
Quick oats, gluten free, dry
|
1/4 tsp

Salt
|
1/3 cup
|
Maple syrup
(pure; honey)
|
2 tbsp
|
Coconut sugar
|
1/4 cup
|
Avocado oil
(or coconut)

2 tsp

Vanilla extract, pure

Baking powder

Dark chocolate chips, vegan

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients, except the chocolate chips, in a food processor and blend until smooth throughout.
- Stir in the chocolate chips, then pour the batter into the baking pan.
- Cook the black bean brownies for 15-18 minutes, then let cool at least 10 minutes before cutting.
