3 clove(s) | Garlic (finely minced) |
3 sprig | Thyme, fresh |
1 cup | Water |
1 pinch | Salt and pepper (to taste) |
1/4 cup | Parsley, fresh (chopped, or dill, to taste) |
In a medium saucepan, combine drained peas, garlic, thyme, plus 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
Uncover, season with salt and pepper, and allow to stand uncovered until needed. Just before serving, stir in the parsley or dill.
Serve in small bowls.
