1/4 cup | Sesame seeds, black |
1 cup | Sweet rice flour , Bob's Red Mill |
1 tsp | Baking soda |
1 pinch | Himalayan sea salt |
1 1/4 cup | Almond milk, unsweetened |

1 tbsp | Coconut oil (for frying) |
Place the black sesame seeds in a high speed blender or coffee grinder. Pulse to a flour-like consistency.
Transfer the sesame seeds into mixing bowl. Add flour, baking soda and salt into the bowl and stir
In another bowl, combine almond milk, egg, and coconut oil and whisk until the mixture looks uniform
Add half of the wet mixture into the dry bowl and stir, then add in the other half and stir until well combined
Place a large pan on medium heat, adding a dash of oil or butter for frying
Ladle the pancake mixture onto the pan and fry for 1-2 minutes on each side
Serve warm with any desired topping like fruit, nuts, syrup.
