Ripe berries and fresh basil muddled together for a refreshing, healthy mocktail!
Ingredients
1/2 cup
Blackberries
(fresh)
2 cup
Kombucha
6 leaf
Basil, fresh
171 gm
Club soda
(sparkling)
Ice cubes
(crushed)
1/4 cup
Blackberries
(for garnish)
Instructions
In a small bowl, or using a mortar and pestle, muddle the blackberries and basil leaves to release the berry juices and form a blackberry basil puree. You can also puree in a blender or food processor.
Place the desired amount of crushed ice in two glasses.
Divide the blackberry puree evenly amongst the two glasses.
Add kombucha
Stir, add an additional garnish of blackberries and basil leaves, and enjoy!
