2 cup | Rolled oats- Gluten Free |
1 1/2 cup | Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk |
1 large | Banana (s) |
1/2 tsp | Cinnamon |
1 tbsp | Honey, raw |
1/4 tsp | Sea Salt |
1 tsp | Vanilla extract, pure |
1 1/2 tsp | Baking powder |
1 large | Egg |
1 tsp | Coconut oil (or butter for cooking ) |
Place all ingredients (except egg and coconut oil) in a blender and blend until smooth. Add egg and pulse a few times.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and melt a teaspoon or two of coconut oil. Pour 1/4 cup batter and cook for about2 – 3 minutes each side.
*Note that batter can become thick, so continue to add more milk if needed.
