200 gm Bacon, uncured, Nature's Choice
1/2 small head Iceberg lettuce (chopped)
100 gm Avocado (diced)
100 gm Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
2 tbsp Sour cream, 14% M.F.
1 tsp Salt and pepper

Instructions


  1. Grill or pan fry the bacon.
  2. Slice the iceberg lettuce in half and serve onto two plates.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, avocado and chopped tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Once the bacon is cooked, chop or crumble into the mixture and spoon over the iceberg lettuce.
