2 leaf Lettuce, romaine
100 gm Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, grilled
2 slice Turkey bacon, cooked
1/2 medium Tomato
1 tbsp Mayonnaise, low fat
1 pinch Salt and pepper (optional)

Instructions


  1. Spread waxed paper on your worktop
  2. Take several lettuce leaves next to each other and spread mayonnaise, bacon, chicken, salt and pepper tomatoes, and roll on waxed paper or parchment
  3. Cut your rolls in half and serve
