1 cup Silk Original Coconut Milk (can use any coconut milk brand)
1/2 cup Coconut water, unsweetened, ready-to-drink
1 medium Frozen banana
1 cup Cauliflower (steamed, frozen)
1 tbsp Coconut oil
1 1/2 tsp Matcha, green tea powder (blue matcha powder)

Instructions


  1. Place the coconut milk, coconut water, banana, cauliflower, coconut oil, and blue matcha powder in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and Enjoy!
