1/4 cup | Cacao nibs, raw |
1/4 cup | Pumpkin seeds (pepitas) |
1 cup | Peanut butter, natural (or alternative nut butter) |
4 medium | Egg (4 eggs) |
2 medium | Banana (s) (ripe) |
1/2 tsp | Baking soda |
1 tsp | Vanilla extract, pure |
1 tbsp | Honey, raw |
2/3 cup | Fermented protein powder, vanilla |
Blend all ingredients, cacao nibs and pumpkin seeds, in a high-powered blender or food processor until smooth. Add mixture to a spouted bowl, and fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into a lined muffin tin and bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes. You can also use this batter to make mini muffins.
