1 cup Frozen blueberries
1 cup Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk (or other nut milk)
1 cup Spinach
2 medium Frozen banana
1/2 cup Whole Milk Yogurt, plain (Full fat yogurt of your choice)
1/4 cup Rolled oats- Gluten Free
2 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground) (or whole flax seeds)
2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas) (or other nuts)

Instructions


Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until desired consistency. Enjoy!
