1/4 cup Rolled oats- Gluten Free
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/2 cup Blueberries
2 tbsp Lemon peel (zest)
1 tbsp Walnuts

Instructions


  1. In a bowl, combine the oats and chia seeds.
  2. In a separate bowl, stir together the wet ingredients - milk, greek yogurt, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients in a mason jar.
  4. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
  5. In the morning, add the blueberries, walnuts, and lemon zest as desired.
