1 can (15oz) Black beans, canned (drained)
1/2 cup Quinoa, uncooked
1/2 cup Bread crumbs, plain
1 medium Egg
1 tbsp Cumin
1/2 cup Walnuts (chopped)
2 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1 bun Hamburger bun, multigrain

Instructions


  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until combined and slightly sticky.
  3. Press into hamburger forms.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook each until it looks dry and is cooked through.
  6. Serve on a whole wheat bun.
