355 ml Coconut milk, sweetened
1 tbsp Coconut oil
1 tsp Ashwagandha powder
1 scoop Collagen peptides
1 tsp Rhodiola
1 tbsp Maca powder
1 cup Frozen berries
1 drop(s) Stevia sweetener, liquid
1 cup Spinach
5 medium Brazil nuts

Instructions


1. Combine all ingredients with appropriate proportions to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth

add one scoop of your favorite protein powder (chocolate will go really well with this recipe)
