1 medium potato(es) Sweet potato
2 tbsp Sunflower seed butter
1 medium Banana (s) (sliced)
1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pierce several holes in the sweet potato using a fork. Bake for at least 45 minutes or until tender.
  3. Slice sweet potato open and top with sunflower seed butter, banana slices, hemp seeds and cinnamon. Enjoy!

Notes:

Swap hemp seeds for any other seed.  Pumpkin seeds taste delicious with this dish.
