908 gm Pork, ground, lean
1 1/2 tbsp Coconut sugar
1/2 tbsp Sea Salt
2 tbsp Sage, ground
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Rosemary, dried

Instructions


In a large bowl, combine ground pork and spices. Mix well by hand until evenly mixed.
Form into small patties by hand.
Pan fry until cooked through (about 5-7 minutes), flipping once OR bake in a 400F oven for about 20 minutes.

Notes:

For best results allow meat mixture to stand in the fridge for a while to really bring out the flavour.
