Broccoli Salad with Bacon Recipe

This easy broccoli salad with bacon makes for a delicious lunch.

Ingredients


1/4 cup Red onion (diced)
2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar (organic)
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 stalk (100gm) Broccoli, stalk (cut the head florets into bite-size pieces; (about 3 cups)))
8 medium slice Bacon (cooked crisp and crumbled)
1/2 cup Golden raisin, seedless
1/4 cup Walnuts (chopped)
1 tsp Celtic sea salt (to taste)
1 dash Black pepper (fresh ground; (to taste)

Instructions


1. Combine onions, vinegar and a good pinch of salt in the bottom of large bowl. Stir in mayonnaise.

2. Add remaining ingredients and toss. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
