Ingredients


1 1/3 kg Pork, tenderloin (sliced into thin strips)
1 1/4 tsp Oregano, dried
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
20 cup Broccoli slaw
1/2 cup Lemon juice
1 2/3 tsp Coconut aminos, Coconut Secret

Instructions


  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1/3 of the oil. Once hot, sear the pork on all sides (roughly six minutes total). Then bake or grill until internal temperature is 145 degrees.
  2. Add the broccoli slaw to a pan. Sauté until tender.
  3. Add the lemon juice, coconut aminos, remaining oil and remaining salt. Divide the slaw evenly between plates. Top with pork tenderloin medallions and enjoy!
