TCM YIN POWER BITES

Ingredients


1 cup Brown rice, medium-grain, cooked
1/2 cup Tahini
1/2 cup Quick oats, gluten free, dry
1/2 cup Flaxseed meal (ground)
1/3 cup Blackstrap molasses
1/4 cup YIN POWER (1 tsp per serving)
1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions


  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until thoroughly combined.
  2. Chill in refrigerator for ~30 minutes.
  3. Remove from fridge and roll into small balls (you can choose your desired size of course!). Rice balls will be sticky.
  4. Store in refrigerator or freezer for best consistency and preservation. You can wrap them individually and grab one at a time for a snack or dessert on the go.
