2 can (15oz) | Chickpeas, canned, drained (rinsed) |
1/2 cup | Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free |
1/2 cup crumbled | Blue cheese (gorgonzola) |
2 large stalk(s) | Celery (chopped) |
3 tbsp | Hot sauce |
1/2 tsp | Salt |
1/4 tsp | Black pepper |
1. Place all of the ingredients, preparing as directed, in a large bowl and mix well.
2. Using a potato masher or the back of a wooden spoon, mash the chickpeas until they are mostly broken down. It's okay to leave some whole.
