1 cup | Almond milk, chocolate, unsweetened, Blue Diamond (or non-dairy milk of choice) |
1 tbsp | Ghee |
1 tbsp | Coconut oil (or MCT oil) |
1/2 tsp | Vanilla extract, pure |
1. Combine all ingredients in a small pot and heat gently over medium-low heat until hot and mix well.
2. Using a milk froth or hand-held immersion blender, blend until everything is well mixed.
3. Alternatively, you can put the heated mixture in your blender and blend for 10 seconds to mix everything. Drink slowly, and drink hot.
