1/2 cup | Blueberries (or peaches or any fruit of your choice) |
3/4 cup | Water (boiling) |
1. In a bowl mix oats, chia, hemp, cinnamon, raisins and salt together.
2. Add boiling water, and then cover your bowl with a plate to keep in the steam.
3. Uncover after approximately 5 minutes and add fresh berries or fruit and enjoy.
