1/3 cup Honey, raw
3 tbsp Cacao nibs, raw
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/4 tsp Ginger, ground
1/4 tsp Cloves
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1 scoop Fermented protein powder, vanilla
