2 chicken breast (196 g) Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, grilled
2 slice Mozzarella cheese
1 cup slices Avocado
1 tomato Roma tomatoes (sliced)
4 leaf Basil, fresh
2 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1/2 tsp Thyme, dried
1/2 tsp Parsley, dried
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

Instructions


  1. Mix together olive oil, balsamic, thyme, parsley, sea salt & pepper to taste.
  2. Pour over chicken breasts to flavour, option to use as a marinade.
  3. BBQ chicken breasts until cooked through. 
  4. Top with a slice of mozzarella cheese, avocado, tomato and basil. 
  5. Enjoy!
