Ingredients


50 tomato Cherry Tomatoes (or grape tomatoes)
24 leaf Basil, fresh (halved)
426 gm Mozzarella cheese, partially skimmed (cut into 1/2 inch squares or balls)
3 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette

Instructions


  1. Thread a tomato lengthwise onto your small skewer or party pick.
  2. Add a folded basil leaf.
  3. Follow with a mozzarella piece.
  4. Repeat steps 1-3 as desired
  5. Lay the assembled skewers side by side on a serving tray until you have the number you need, then drizzle them with your favorite balsamic dressing.
