Ingredients


8 medium Carrots (ends trimmed, peeled, and carrot grated)
1 large Apple (granny smith; cored and chopped into bite-sized pieces)
1/2 cup Raisins, seedless (sultana) (to taste)
1/2 cup Walnuts (roughly chopped)
1 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
1 tsp Ginger, ground

Instructions


  1. Add ingredients to a large bowl, mix well and serve chilled.
  2. Adjust seasonings to taste
