3/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
3 cube(s) Ice cubes
1/2 cup diced Pineapple (fresh, canned, or frozen)
1/4 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
1 scoop Whey protein powder, unflavoured (vanilla)

Instructions
