Using the first 9 ingredients for the Cassava Balls:
1. Cook the shrimp: shelled and deveined. Cut into small pieces. Set aside
2. Cut the onion, carrot, cabbage, and green onion. Then mix them all together with the shrimp and cassava.
Add salt and pepper.
3. Lastly, add the flour/cornstarch according to the desired consistency.
4. Form the mixture into a ball and fry until golden brown.
5. Prepare the vinegar dip by combining the last five ingredients.
Serve the newly cooked cassava balls with the vinegar dip. Enjoy!
