This is a great gluten-free option for a starch free and rice-like side dish. Make in advance and add as a side.
Ingredients
1 medium head
Cauliflower
(sliced thinly or shredded)
1 tbsp
Herbes de provence
1 tbsp
Butter, unsalted
1 tsp
Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1 pinch
Salt
(to taste)
2 gm
Red pepper flakes
(to taste)
Instructions
In a frypan on medium heat, and butter and olive oil. Add the cauliflower rice and herbs. Salt and pepper to taste. Sautee for about 8 minutes until softened, but still remains a little texture.
