A healthy option for a frozen sweet treat.
Ingredients

Frozen cauliflower

3/4 cup

Almond milk, unsweetened
(as needed, or another non-dairy milk)

(as needed)

Instructions
1. Blend all of the ingredients in the food processor until smooth or until you’ve reached your preferred consistency.
2. Serve right away!
Notes:
Optional:
- Add 1/3-1/2 cup overnight oats (per serving) for a thicker consistency
- For a different flavour, add cocoa powder or matcha
- Use chilled fruit instead of frozen
