2 slice Bread, sprouted, whole grain, Ezekiel 4:9 (silver hills will also work)
100 gm Chicken breast, boneless, skinless (shredded or chopped)
1/4 avocado(s) Avocado (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp Mayonnaise, low fat
1/4 small Tomato
1/4 cup shredded or chopped Iceberg lettuce (torn into pieces)
1 pinch Salt and pepper

Instructions


  1. Lay both pieces of bread on a cutting board.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on one slice, top with chicken, sliced tomato, lettuce, and avocado, and season generously with salt and pepper, and then top with second slices of bread to form a sandwich.
  3. This sandwich can be served immediately or wrapped in plastic wrap, aluminum foil, or stored in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
