908 gm Chicken, ground, lean (chicken breast)
1 cup Spinach
412 gm Diced tomatoes, low sodium, canned
8 H-E-B Bake Shop 100% Whole Wheat Thin Style Hamburger Buns
1/4 cup Mayonnaise, low fat
1 tsp H-E-B Texas Originals Chicken Fajita Spice Blend

Instructions


  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill to 350°F.
  2. Combine chicken, seasoning, mayonnaise, spinach, and tomatoes in a bowl, and shape into 8 patties.
  3. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for 10 minutes.
  4. Place patties on a grilling mesh, and grill 5 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  5. Place each burger on a whole wheat bun.
