Instructions
- Heat gas or charcoal grill to 350°F.
- Combine chicken, seasoning, mayonnaise, spinach, and tomatoes in a bowl, and shape into 8 patties.
- Place on a foil-lined baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for 10 minutes.
- Place patties on a grilling mesh, and grill 5 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Place each burger on a whole wheat bun.
