1 cup Red grape (sliced)
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
2 slice(s) Bread, sprouted, whole grain, Ezekiel 4:9 (or bread of choice)
1 leaf Lettuce, romaine

Instructions


  1. Toss together chicken, celery, green pepper, and onion.
  2. Add sliced grapes and mayonnaise. Mix gently.
  3. Spread chicken ‘n’ grape blend on bread, roll, tortilla, or pita.
  4. Add crisp lettuce or other greens.
