125 gm Chicken breast, boneless, skinless
2 tbsp Shake and bake, dry
2 tbsp Egg white
1/4 cup Marinara pasta sauce
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated (or cheese of choice)
2 tbsp Caesar salad dressing, low calorie (for salad)
1 cup Lettuce, romaine (for salad)
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated (for salad)

Instructions


cut chicken breast length wise, do not cut in half.

dip chicken in egg white then into shake n bake

bake at 425 for 25-30 mins

when there is 10 mins left, place the sauce and cheese on top of the chicken, continue to bake.

serve with ceaser salad
