1 chicken breast (196 g) | Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, grilled (chopped) |
1 1/2 tbsp | Mayonnaise (or vegan mayo) |
2 tsp | Lime juice (fresh) |

1. To cook chicken - set grill to medium-high heat, grill chicken 7-8 minutes then flip and grill an additional 7-8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F.
2. Chop grilled chicken and combine with remaining ingredients.
3. Serve as sandwich, lettuce wrap (Boston lettuce) or in the cup of an avocado.
