1 1/2 cup | Chickpeas, boiled |
1/3 cup | Maple syrup |
2 tsp | Vanilla extract, pure |
1/2 tsp | Baking soda |
1/2 cup | Dark chocolate chips, vegan |
1 pinch | Sea Salt |
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Blend all ingredients (except chocolate chips) together until smooth in food processor or
blender, about 1 min.
Then mix in chocolate chips (I kept the blender going and threw them for 5 seconds which
made the batter slightly darker but not necessary.
Roll into same sized balls and place on greased or lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes
Special Diet Information
Gluten free, dairy free, and vegan. Peanut butter can be replaced with any other smooth nut
or see butter.
