Ingredients


1 1/4 cup Chickpea flour
1/4 cup Nutritional yeast
1 tsp Baking powder, gluten-free
2 cup Water, filtered
1/2 tsp Black salt (Kala Namak)
2 cup Broccoli slaw
2 tsp Red chili pepper (also chile or chilli) (to taste)
1 clove(s) Garlic (minced)

Instructions


Heat the oven on 375F.

Add all ingredients but the water in a bowl, mix.

Slowly add the water.

Spray a mini muffin baking tray or use paper cups.

Bake the muffins for about 30 to 40 minutes.
