Ingredients


1 cup Chickpea flour
1/2 cup Water, filtered
1 tsp Herbes de provence
1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions


  1. Combine chickpea flour and water until crepe-like consistency (watery pancake batter). Adjust as needed.
  2. Add herbs, (any you'd like) and salt + pepper.
  3. On a non-stick pan add butter and olive oil.
  4. Add batter to pan on med-high heat, swirl to disperse evenly. Once it gets brown and crispy on one side, flip. Approximately 2 min.
