Ingredients


681 gm Beef, chuck, shoulder (roast ahead and shred)
6 cup Bone broth, Organic
3 tbsp Coconut aminos, Coconut Secret ((divided))
4 mushroom(s) Shiitake mushroom, dried (dried)
2 tbsp Ginger paste
4 stalk(s) Green onion (green parts only)
454 gm Baby bok choy ((cut lengthwise in half or quarters))
1/2 tsp Sesame oil (toasted)
681 gm Zucchini (spiralized)

Instructions


  1. Roast and then shred the roast ahead. If making the same day can cut the roast into small chunks and brown ahead. 
  2. Add remaining ingredients to a pot and allow to simmer for 1 hour. 
  3. Garnish with additional green onions
